We&#8217;ll start at the newly renovated Forest Hills Gate and finish at Poplar Gate inside the Arboretum, with plenty of fall color along the way.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>The details<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>When:<\/strong> Saturday, October 17, 1:00 to about 2:30 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meet at:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/wCmypKXNgCbpsA219\">Forest Hills Gate<\/a>, across from Forest Hills Station<\/li>\n<li><strong>Walk ends at:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/T3yme3FmBRP6sjV67\">Poplar Gate<\/a>, inside the Arnold Arboretum<\/li>\n<li><strong>Led by:<\/strong> Rodney Eason, Director of Horticulture &amp; Landscape at the Arnold Arboretum, and WalkUP Roslindale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>What we&#8217;ll cover<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Expect a bit of everything: horticulture and history, how the path and gate improvements came together, and what&#8217;s next for connectivity and pedestrian safety in and around the Arboretum.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Please note \u26a0\ufe0f \u267f<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We&#8217;ll walk a little less than a mile. The route is <em>not<\/em> fully accessible to people with walking disabilities, but we&#8217;ll be examining and discussing some of those missing links as we go.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We hope to see you out there!
