{"id":3398,"date":"2024-09-20T12:45:21","date_gmt":"2024-09-20T16:45:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/walkuproslindale.org\/weblog\/?p=3398"},"modified":"2024-09-20T13:19:01","modified_gmt":"2024-09-20T17:19:01","slug":"revised-squares-streets-roslindale-square-schedule-announced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/walkuproslindale.org\/weblog\/2024\/09\/20\/revised-squares-streets-roslindale-square-schedule-announced\/","title":{"rendered":"Revised Squares + Streets Roslindale Square Schedule Announced!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As some of our readers may have heard, the City&#8217;s Planning Department are now projecting the following milestone dates on the Squares\u00a0 + Streets Roslindale Square small area planning process based on current progress:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mid-October: Draft Small Area Plan for Roslindale Square study area will be released for public review (45-day comment period). <\/strong>The small area plan is expected to include revised recommendations that integrate <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonplans.org\/documents\/planning\/squares-streets\/roslindale-square\/s-s-roslindale_community-survey-summary-digital\">public input from the Ideas Reception Survey\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>under the following five categories:\u00a0Housing+Real Estate, Small Business, Arts+Culture, Open Space, Transportation, and Land Use Framework and Design.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Early November &#8211; Draft Zoning Map Amendment released for public review (30-day comment period)<\/strong>.
